🛍️ Custom-Made Products
All ProperMooi products are made-to-order and custom printed once your order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mindPersonal preference
🔁 Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace your item if:
The product arrives damaged, or
You received the wrong item
📸 Reporting an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue (product + packaging)

🛠️ Resolution
Once your claim is approved, we will:
👉 Send a replacement at no additional cost
We do not offer refunds for custom-made items unless required by law.
🚚 Returns (If Required)
In some cases, we may request that the item be returned before sending a replacement.
If this applies:
We will provide instructions
Return shipping will be covered where applicable

Items must be unused and in original condition
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted
Slight variations in colour or print may occur due to printing processes and are not considered defects
